(A refreshing, summer drink made from raw mangoes)
Serves: 4-6

Wash the raw mangoes well to remove the sticky gum that coats the skin and then boil or steam them in water until soft. Cool, peel, deseed the mangoes and reserve the pulp.
Add three times the volume of water as the pulp and simmer it along with the powdered cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, black salt and saffron stigma for about 20 minutes.
Strain the boiled mixture through a medium sieve and add honey. chill, check for seasoning and sweetness, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
