Use thinly sliced or wedges of left over French, Ciabatta or bread loaf for crunchy and crispy croutons. Pre-heat the convection oven to 400 degree F, brush the bread with herbed butter or your favourite oil based relish, slice or wedge the bread, place on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove and cool, it gets crisp as it gets cool. Pack it in an air tight container. Use it with soups, salad or as you may wish.
